ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Due to Covid-19 orders are processed and shipped out within 3-7 business days from Monday to Friday only; If your payment takes longer to be accepted, an item (s) sells out before your order can be filled, or there are extremely high sale volumes it could take up to 3 additional business days to process an order. Processing includes payment, order conformation and packing for shipping via USPS or UPS. Orders placed on the weekend, a holiday, or any weekday after 1 PM EST will begin processing the next business day. Should you need your item (s) by a certain time frame please Contact Us prior to placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not currently ship outside of the U.S. For shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico please CONTACT US for a shipping quote. Shipping quotes will be based on the size & weight of your package.
UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
Please ensure you address is fully entered and correct. We do not assume responsibility for incorrect information. If a package is returned because it is non-deliverable we will issue a store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card for the net price of your items minus the shipping charge, and a restock fee of 15%. If you would like us to reship your package there will be a package RESHIP FEE.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from kurvestyle.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
We are not responsible for packages that show as delivered through tracking. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must contact the delivery carrier (USPS or UPS - depending on the method selected.) and address the issue with them directly. Kurve Style does not hold or assume responsibility for packages stated as delivered. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
If you are missing a package that does not state it has been delivered please CONTACT US and we will work with USPS or UPS to find out why the package is missing. Just a reminder; If a package shows as delivered we can not reship or refund that order.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
All items are inspected thoroughly before they are packaged and shipped, however should you receive a defective item please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to be eligible for a store credit. Please note all sales are considered final after 3 days from the shipped date has passed.
Instructions: Please take a photo of the item and email it to our customer care team with a description of the damage. Upon inspection of the photo you will be advised to print and fill out our return form and return it along with the defective item. We will issue you an E-Gift Card & you can repurchase the item if desired & available.
Once we receive your package we will email you with a store credit code in the form of an E-Gift Card in the amount of your defective item plus the cost of shipping the return, maximum $5.95 USD. In order to receive credit for your return shipping cost you will have to include a copy of the receipt in your shipment.
Note: We strongly suggest including insurance & a tracking number with your package, as we are not liable for packages that get lost in transit.
We will ship to P.O Boxes via USPS, However expedited shipping is not available for packages sent to P.O Boxes.
